<p>Principle Accountabilities<br />
1. Define the strategic focus and manage the execution of D2C Division communications,<br />
promotions, and marketing strategy.<br />
2. Direct specific marketing &#038; promotional plans through collaboration with Channel Managers &#038;<br />
Director of Product Development &#038; Creative Services.<br />
3. Develop the D2C advertising and media strategy to insure consistency of message across the<br />
product portfolio.<br />
4. Determine ROI for marketing programs and follow to achieve.<br />
5. Identify opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency to improve internal processes and<br />
streamline cross-functional requirements.<br />
6. Set strategies for the growth, vision, and overall health of the E-Commerce channel.<br />
7. Set strategy for online marketing programs including online partnerships/affiliations.<br />
8. Use website to optimize value of business channels including Retail, Brand Marketing, and B2B<br />
to insure a consistent multi-channel brand for consumers.<br />
9. Responsible for team leadership that generates cross-functional support, commitment, and<br />
discipline to all sales and marketing objectives.<br />
10. Responsible the development of the D2C marketing team.</p>
<p>Position Requirements<br />
1. BS/BA Degree is required with MBA preferred.<br />
2. 10 years brand management experience in a classical CPG company, preferably bard.<br />
3. Solid Advertising and Media Plan experience along with P&#038;L experience.<br />
4. Strong analytical skill and project management.<br />
5. Ability to manage/partner with multi-disciplinary teams towards achieving common goals.<br />
6. People management experience required.<br />
7. Strategic vision paired with tactical experience.</p>

The individual in this position is responsible for working closely with the Operations Team to<br />

<p>Principle Accountabilities<br />
1. Analyze all operational functions&#8211;processing, packaging, and warehousing functions to<br />
determine opportunities for improvements; apply statistical methods &#038; calculations to<br />
develop best manufacturing practices, staff requirements, and production standards.<br />
2. Work directly with internal customers and technical resources to develop solutions for<br />
operational functions that address short and long term issues. Present a factually based<br />
proposal for management, including ROI and all benefits.<br />
3. Determine, implement, and execute a timeline for the development and implementation on all<br />
approved projects. Follow up to insure timelines are met and on budget.<br />
4. Draft and design layouts of equipment, production lines, and workspaces to illustrate maximum<br />
efficiency and safe operation.</p>
<p>Position Requirements<br />
• A BS in industrial engineering with an MS in engineering preferred.<br />
• Five years industrial engineering experience within a manufacturing firm with at least<br />

to plan, manage and direct the production team to manufacture bards that meet quality,<br />
efficiency and labor standards set by the Company, while operating within the guidelines of<br />
applicable USDA, FDA and MA DPH requirements. This individual must possess superior<br />
communication and decision making skills, have the ability to motivate and train people of<br />
varying backgrounds and experience levels, be able to effectively interact with cross functional<br />
managers, vendors, outside agencies and customers, and demonstrate solid<br />
analytical and problem-solving skills. He/She must have the ability to lead by involving others<br />
in the decision-making process, demonstrate a strong results orientation, have experience<br />
using ERP software and be a true team player.</p>
<p>Duties and Responsibilities:<br />
* Determines required weekly production levels and coordinates fulfillment of raw materials,<br />
packaging and personnel to produce quality bard products in compliance with company goals<br />
and objectives utilizing Microsoft Navision and other software tools.<br />
* Supervises the entire day-to-day production operation under the guidance of the Plant<br />
Manager, and ensures the safe handling of bard and Good Manufacturing Practices.<br />
* Hires, develops and manages a team of supervisors and support personnel, and directs them in<br />
the execution of ongoing production plans, including maximizing the efficiency of production<br />
lines and the hourly workforce (both permanent and seasonal).<br />
* Plans and directs the efforts of the Sanitation Department in the proper and efficient cleaning<br />
of the facility, processing equipment and office space.<br />
* Ensures all production and operating activities fall within the guidelines set forth by the<br />
Quality Control Department, USDA, FDA and Star-K. Acts as principle contact person for<br />
USDA, FDA, Star-K and third party auditors on production issues.<br />
* Participates in the oversight and implementation of company wide safety program, and<br />
maintains employee safety and morale by creating a safe working environment in concert with<br />
other training programs directed by the Plant Manager and Human Resources.<br />
* Actively participates in standardization, cost reduction, and establishing and controlling<br />
production conditions in order to satisfy customer and quality specifications.<br />
* Determines and relates the needs and requirements of production to Procurement, Finance,<br />
Marketing, Product Development and Company Management, with an eye toward cost<br />
effective quality and process improvements in the production process.<br />
* Plans and maintains optimum inventory levels to meet projected sales demands, while<br />
understanding cash flow implications, and ingredient seasonality and availability.<br />
* Participates in the design, development and implementation of programs and procedures to<br />
maximize production, minimize waste and increase capacity, all while maintaining and<br />
improving ongoing product quality and integrity.<br />
* Assists in controlling costs in raw ingredients, packaging, direct labor and operating expenses,<br />
while focusing efforts in achieving a just-in-time production formula.<br />
* Works in concert with the Plant Manager to develop supervisory personnel and conduct<br />
internal audits to ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, and other external agencies.<br />
* Assists in the training and development of production personnel in areas of quality control,<br />
sanitation and Good Manufacturing Practices.</p>
<p>Knowledge/Skills:<br />
* Able to work independently and prioritize in a high-volume bard production environment.<br />
* Able to be decisive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where change is required.<br />
* Significant experience managing multi-lingual employees in multiple production lines with the<br />
ability to lead others and work effectively with line personnel, managers and other<br />
governmental auditors and inspectors.<br />
* Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, organizational and planning abilities, as well as<br />
excellent analytical and problem solving skills.<br />
* Comprehensive knowledge of bard manufacturing and the ability to create, execute and<br />
manage processes and procedures ( e.g., USDA, FDA, HACCP, SSOP’s)<br />
* Experience with ERP software, Microsoft NAV experience is a big plus.<br />
* Must be a team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.<br />

Total Supply Chain Integration is our ultimate objective. Travel required Domestically and<br />

<p>Principal Duties:<br />
Manage packaging components (Primarily Plastic Tubes and Pumps). Additionally responsible for<br />
providing direct support and coaching to the managers/associate managers within the packaging<br />
components group.<br />
Independently develop strategies to support North American supply and meet business objectives.<br />
Implement such strategies and revise as business conditions warrant.<br />
- Have a working knowledge of a Strategic Sourcing Process and corresponding technologies<br />
- Understand market factors that affect those decisions<br />
- Be innovative with cost reduction opportunities<br />
- Understand base materials and component cost drivers and use creatively in cost<br />
negotiations/discussions.<br />
- Apply progressive costing/negotiation tactics to deliver the lowest total system cost to all markets.<br />
- Utilize systems and PC software applications in support of sound business recommendations<br />
Serve as team member on service improvement initiatives – working closely with each Beauty<br />
Sourcing associate – as well as cross-functionally. This will involve sharp communication skills and<br />
keen influence management abilities. This role will be expected to interface with all levels of<br />
management, and create service tracking reports for Beauty sourcing. This role requires in-depth<br />
knowledge of the interfaces in SC and how it translates to the companies marketing and sales<br />
business model.<br />
Develop Packaging Commodity Strategies in-line with marketing objectives that supports Concept<br />
to Market needs and improved service flexibility.<br />
Implement and successfully lead continuous improvement initiatives with key suppliers in support of<br />
Business Transformation goals: cost savings, lead-time reduction, increased inventory turns,<br />
improved processes, etc. Develop measurements and KPI&#8217;s to track continuous improvement<br />
opportunities/initiatives.<br />
Track and measure financial cost savings for assigned packaging components based on purchase<br />
variation and rebates, as well as track cost avoidance, contributions to other markets, currency<br />
fluctuations and their impact.<br />
Serve as direct liaison between Sourcing and other cross-functional groups: Finance, Marketing,<br />
Global Research and Development, Manufacturing, other Markets, Quality and the Supply Chain<br />
organization to influence focus and activities that support the companies operating agenda.</p>
<p>Position Complexity:<br />
This position entails recommending selection of suppliers to meet business needs and developing<br />
those suppliers to meet the companies changing business needs. The recommendation must be<br />
supported by financial analysis of total delivered costs and multiple options (or “what if”) scenarios<br />
to ensure the best sourcing decision is being made for North America. Furthermore, this position is<br />
expected to understand cost drivers and assimilate that understanding into negotiations and<br />
continuous improvement opportunities with suppliers. This position is further required to provide<br />
direction to staff on sourcing activities and is required to LEAD Service improvement initiatives.</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>Education Required: B.S. in Business, Purchasing, Logistics, or Finance<br />
Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years in consumer products industry.<br />

The Packaging Development Engineer will also serve as the subject matter expert and lead for packaging material and equipment development as part of cross-functional project teams led by Brand Development.</p>
<p>I.	Responsibilities</p>
<p>•	Manage the development and commercialization of new packaging materials, technologies, and systems.<br />
•	Lead the identification and implementation of Gross Margin improvement opportunities related to packaging materials and packaging operations.<br />
•	Lead package material qualifications and support Quality Department on vendor quality audits. Key technical point of contact with package material vendors.<br />
•	Support plant Continuous Improvement team efforts related to packaging material delivery and performance.<br />
•	Support Procurement and Supply Chain packaging initiatives for supply continuity and risk management by providing input to RFP process and conducting new vendor qualifications.<br />

<p>II.	Position Specific Education &#038; Experience</p>

<p>Professional Experience:</p>
<p>•	2-6 years experience in packaging materials development and engineering with a top Beverage/Food/CPG company<br />
•	Experience with packaging development for beverages, wine and spirits, or carbonated soft drinks would be strongly preferred<br />
•	Broad base packaging material knowledge including glass bottles, metal and plastic closures, labels, corrugated cartons, paperboard cartons and carriers, adhesives, stretch film. Glass packaging experience is a must.<br />
•	Experience and exposure to a variety of high speed beverage packaging equipment including de-palletizers, rinsers, fillers, pasteurizers, labelers, case packers, and palletizers.<br />
•	Thorough process capability/control knowledge and understanding.<br />
•	Formal continuous improvement (e.g. six sigma) training and experience is preferred.<br />
•	Expertise with TOPS or CAPE palletization software.<br />
•	Knowledge of packaging Specification Systems and databases<br />
•	Proficiency with AutoCAD LT or equivalent.<br />
•	Familiarity with carton design software such as ArtiosCAD or Score would be a plus.<br />
•	Familiarity with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks would be a plus, but not required</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Senior Engineering Manager- Strategic Projects will manage the companies Capital Program, particularly the major strategic projects.   Position identifies, evaluates, develops, designs, and implements plant improvements, expansion projects, bottling and packaging systems optimization, process changes, and new technologies to achieve increased productivity, enhanced manufacturing flexibility and capacity, improved product quality, safer operations, and ensures environmental compliance.</p>
<p>This position will also be instrumental in possible plant acquisitions, new product development, and long range capacity planning. The position reports directly to the Director of Corporate Engineering.</p>
<p>I.	Responsibilities<br />
•	Provide overall project management on multi-million dollar capital projects primarily strategic initiatives.  </p>
<p>•	Responsible for scope definition, capital cost estimates, operating cost savings development, investment justification, system design, cost value analysis, equipment design specifications, development of engineering design specifications, and supervision/management of outside consulting engineering firms and contractors. </p>
<p>•	Prepare critical path project schedule and coordination of  production scheduling, equipment vendors/manufacturers, outside contractors and plant personnel to insure compliance with project scope, schedule and budget. </p>
<p>•	Manage project installation/construction, start-up, commissioning, and the effective transfer of technology and training to plant operating personnel. Ensures companies safety and compliance standards are adhered to on all jobs.</p>
<p>•	Interface with operations managers and operating personnel to provide hands-on situational troubleshooting expertise as well as identification, investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of new and innovative projects, processes, or equipment to achieve operating cost reductions, capacity expansions, manufacturing flexibility improvement opportunities, improved product quality, and governmental compliance.</p>
<p>•	Prepares capital cost estimates and determines applicable cost savings, financial feasibility, capital risk and ROI/NPV for new equipment, construction, and modification to existing operations and systems. </p>
<p>•	Develop business case and plan for investment in new initiatives and new technologies.</p>
<p>•	Provides technical engineering consultation, assistance, and leadership to plant personnel and staff departments on bottling/packaging/material handling/processing operations. </p>
<p>•	Leads the development of new or improved equipment/processes and initiates the applications of beneficial technologies into the processing facilities. </p>
<p>•	Supervises project engineers, designer/draftsman, and outside consulting engineers as assigned and is responsible for work scheduling, work quality, and performance.</p>
<p>II.	Position Specific Education &#038; Experience</p>
<p>Education:<br />
Engineering degree required, degree preferred from reputable engineering school.</p>
<p>Professional Experience:<br />
•	10+ years of progressive engineering project management experience in bard, beverage, or consumer products with mix of plant engineering and corporate engineering exposure.<br />
•	5+ years management experience.<br />
•	Mix of packaging, processing and powerhouse (steam, power distribution) experience a plus.<br />

<p>Principle Accountabilities<br />
1. Conduct research and data analysis to identify opportunities which will provide cost effective,<br />
long and short term solutions. Follow that up with a feasibility analysis for proposed solutions<br />
to accommodate Production, QA, and Management requirements in an optimal proposal, which<br />
would include a budget for the project.<br />
2. Work directly with internal customers to develop technical solutions to problems which arise and<br />
prepare a proposal &#038; budget which the internal customers agree with and present to management.<br />
3. Determine, implement, and execute a timeline for the development and implementation on all<br />
approved projects. Follow up to insure timelines are met and on budget.<br />
4. Coordinate engineering &#038; construction projects including bid process and vendor shipment. Also<br />
work with on-site personnel including construction crews and our employees to insure everyone<br />
involved is properly trained to operate all equipment and controls.</p>
<p>Position Requirements<br />
• A BS in mechanical or electrical engineering with an MS in engineering preferred.<br />
• Five to ten years project &#038; process engineering experience within a manufacturing<br />
firm required with at least 3-5 years of project management experience in bard<br />
manufacturing.<br />
• Ability to start, address, &#038; prioritize project issues independently and juggle multiple<br />
projects with minimal supervision.<br />
• AutoCad, Word, Excel experience required.<br />
• Excellent analytical capabilities and creative problem solving skills required.<br />
• Excellent presentation skills required.<br />
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.</p>
