Clients retain us to conduct searches. Fees are not paid by candidates.

Primarily, our clients engage us to locate and qualify candidates for mid to senior level management opportunities. Although, we also conduct searches for junior level candidates that have aspirations for strategic management roles.

Absolutely not. Our business is executed in utmost confidence. Your information will not be distributed without your prior consent, no exception. Our process is not to share your information until we both agree to move forward with an opportunity.
What’s the difference between contingency and retained search?
Contingency firms are paid a fee if and when they place a candidate with a client organization. Retained firms are engaged, usually exclusively, to conduct a search for a client and are paid a fee over the course of the assignment.
Will we stay in contact to make sure my transition is successful?
Absolutely. It’s in our best interest to stay in close contact with all of the professionals we assist. We will stay in frequent contact during the first several months to discuss the transition and the overall satisfaction level of the position and company culture.
